Have a look in the templates of the HookNavigation, HookCart, HookCustomer and HookSearch modules.
To get the modules hooked to a given hook, go to your back-office -> Configuration -> Modules Attachments, enter the hook name in the filter filed, and you'll get all the hooked modules :
You can order them, or remove one, etc.
