i just meet with thelia and i loved. I hope more developers will join in time for much more extention and theme. I have one question is there any way to add more order status ? like a delivered, chargeback etc  and is it possible to change system time ? gtm +1  +2 +3 -1 -2 -3 so and so.

Yes. But for now, you have to manually change the database. See tables order_status and order_status_i18n
