Everytime a client try to register to buy a product the system throw the error asking to check the entry even when everything is right. Any clues what is happening?

Did you changed the customer registration form template ?

honestly I don't remember, but what is the fix if I did? Is there something else I can check or do to fix this? thanks for your response

The best fix I can imagine is restoring the original registration form, or check differences with a tool such as WinMerge.

I just replaced the file and flushed the cache, but nothing...Any clues? See what I am talking about http://www.dasdesign.co/shop/web/register
